This is by far my favourite smoothie as it has green tea that zaps calories. The cucumber also makes me feel summery and refreshed, boosting my mood! And what can go wrong with a sugar-free pick-me-up? Enough hyphens, give this a go!
I think you can say that smoothies are best consumed immediately after making it because it starts to oxidise then (meaning the nutrients are degrading – making it less nutritious). Although fresh is always best, just think – it’s always better to chug a refrigerated smoothie than to have French Toast for breakfast.
