Hello again, hungry ones.

So we made a tortilla, what now? Make a wrap of course. Not saran, you retard. A nice, filling Mexican wrap. It’s not really a burrito because it doesn’t have beans and rice. This is more like… When-Your-Girlfriend-Texts-You-That-She’d-Be-There-In-Five and you want to impress her.

What you need:

  • The flour tortillas we just made. Or you can have store-bought ones!

For the guacamole:

  • 2 avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
  • 3 T calamansi juice/ lemon juice
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t ground cumin
  • 1/4 tground paprika
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 3 tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 Tchopped cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 mango peeled, halved and diced

For the meat:

  • 200 g ground chicken or beef
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t cumin
  • 1/4 t paprika

What to do:

  1. For the meat: Sautee the chicken and/or beef and add the spices.
  2. For the wrap itself: Put the meat and guacamole in your tortilla, roll it up and wait for compliments. You’re welcome.
